London Stock Exchange welcomes Xafinity plc to the Main Market

Xafinity plc (‘Xafinity’ or the ‘Company’) (TIDM: XAF), the pensions actuarial, consulting and administration business, was welcomed today to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Having successfully raised £179.6 million (before expenses) from a wide range of blue-chip investors, the Company’s market capitalisation was £190.3 million upon Admission, representing the largest listing of 2017 so far.

With a history stretching back over 40 years, Xafinity provides pensions actuarial, investment and administration services to over 550 pension scheme clients operating in a highly regulated environment. The Company combines expertise, insight and technology to address the needs of both pension trustees and sponsoring companies, primarily of UK defined benefit pension schemes. The Company also provides services in the UK defined contribution pension scheme market and the SSAS & SIPP markets.

Xafinity’s listing on the LSE will enable the Company to continue developing its services (including tech-enabled solutions) to help its clients meet the challenges they face, and recruit and retain the best talent, to disrupt the mid-tier pensions advisory sector and aid the continued growth of the business both organically and through acquisition.

Ben Bramhall, Xafinity plc’s co-Chief Executive Officer, said:

“We are delighted to have completed the listing of Xafinity on the Main Market of the LSE. It is the logical next step in our strategy as we continue to invest heavily in our people and clients to provide a differentiated service in the increasingly complex pensions market.”

Paul Cuff, Xafinity plc’s co-Chief Executive Officer, said:

“The IPO is a great opportunity for us as we look to enhance our public profile and gain access to the capital markets that can aid our future growth if required. We would like to welcome all of our new shareholders, and we look forward to embarking on this next chapter in Xafinity’s development together.”

Xafinity’s advisers include Zeus Capital Ltd as Financial Adviser, Bookrunner and Sole Broker, Deloitte LLP as Financial Adviser and Sponsor, Reed Smith LLP as Legal Counsel and Camarco as Financial PR.
